The Movement Tracker tool allows you to turn the information and motivation we have provided here at Let's Move Together and turn it into real, personalized goals that will keep you and your joints moving year-round.
Before you begin tracking your physical activity, follow this checklist to get you started:
- Learn about the guidelines
- Set your goal
- Talk to your doctor
- Get moving!
Once you have given yourself a goal, get started entering your physical activity in the fields to the left. Once entered, you will be able to view your progress for the day, week, month or even the whole year.

As a reminder, you should always consult a physician before beginning any new diet or exercise program. While we offer suggestions and information to help you set a goal, only you and your physician can determine how much physical activity is right for you.

When you start using the Movement Tracker, this Widget will display on your Arthritis Foundation community profile automatically. The Widget will display the total activity entered in the Let's Move Together Movement Tracker.
